Detailed Information For Tree Health
The aim of our tree surveys to provide useful information on trees to property managers and home owners so they can make informed decisions. In addition to BS5837 reports for developers, we offer Reports for Mortgage Purposes and Visual Tree Assessments that discharge tree owners' duty of care under the Health & Safety at Work Act and the Occupiers Liability Act. All surveys are backed by our professional liability insurance.
A tree survey will reveal a host of information including:

- Measurements of the tree
- Tree age
- Tree health
- Life expectancy
- Recommendations for tree management
- Priority rating for works
- Budget cost for tree works
As well as obtaining detailed information about the trees, the survey also work to identify any potential risks or hazards including whether the tree will fall due to decay.
With our specialist diagnostic equipment, we can digitally map and assess the health of the tree and report back on any actions required. All surveys should be carried out by fully trained and qualified arboriculturalists.
